The first version was made because hearing the song between bands at the Of Montreal show reminded me of what a cool song it is. The second version was made to facilitate playing it live, if that ever happens.

I’ve got the vocals for Form Destroyer all laid in as well as Delmak-O, but I’m not totally happy with the Delmak-O vocals so I might resing them. Whether or not they’ll come out better the second time around is something else entirely, however.

The idea is that people will remix this song, but you can use the source files in any way you like. The ZIP file is the source in mp3 form, the RAR is WAVs. Be sure to let me know when you use it in something.

I’ve finished the first version of the instrumental piece, which is meant to depict Maggie Walsh’s death hallucination. I sent it over to J$ for approval and he may be revising it slightly.

The last song to be composed for this album has been composed. This is the demo version.

The ramifications of this, you wonder? Well, I guess it’s time for me to buckle down and start recording vocals, isn’t it?
